Who is Behind The Network?
Andrew Duff and John Simmonds are co-founders of technologyroadmap.net.
Andrew and John have been in the innovation field since the early 1980s with broad experience in business development and innovation. They have worked with corporations, businesses, entrepreneurs, industry associations, universities, research institutes and government to design and activate innovation systems. They have expertise and insights at two levels: venture level and system level.
Andrew has experience in technology transfer, seed venture capital, assisting organisations to design innovation processes and the development of new business ventures. Outside technologyroadmap.net Andrew is a board member and advisor to several innovation intensive companies.
John has extensive experience in the analysis of intersecting data sets to identify and evaluate potential high-class mineral deposits. He routinely applies project and portfolio risk management and leads the design, negotiation and ongoing management of intercorporate alliances. Outside technologyroadmap.net, John is Managing Director of Newgenco, a group of private mineral exploration companies that focus on front-end innovation strategy, idea generation and evidence-based target screening to identify and manage new-to-the-world projects in North America, Europe and Africa.
